Another example of people and a company doing it right

So after discussing malfunctions with SpeedConnect as my landline phone I subscribe to through them was on the frits , could call out, but not get calls back. So decided to begin a dialog with our new internet people for Utah, Comcast. A very sweet lady who put up with me just yapping, as I was tickle spurple for someone that was taking HazzardAyre and its needs seriously. Dig this, not only did I get my questions answered , but got the account set up, and ready for install once I get there. A far cry from the near blood deposit, and the sacrifice of my first born, just to get a pipeline to stream the radio show through. Here is a company that worked with me and its all in the person, doing it, but Laura, did a fine job. You could tell that she cared enough to help a restart up company a foot in the door, not just slammed in the door, with a punch in the throat. It was bada bing bada boom. Done. I’m sure there will be technical goof ups, it happens, but it’s the firms that bust a move to really help, SpeedConnect does, Comcast does, this is what needs to be in Idaho. In all the time I resided, no really I lived in Utah, I only had 4 times that I had a road block with Comcast, once on a bill they kept sending to the wrong place and so it was late as I’d not get it until mid month. But a visit to their main office in Sandy, it was fixed, another was with their advertising department, and the last was when I was leaving Utah(I know stupid me ) but when I left , I had to go to Sandy to fix a bill forwarding problem, the rest of the time I never had 1 iota. Tech problem? One or maybe two calls, no more problem. This is a company that is in business and plans on being that way in business for a very long time, more over though, a company is only as good as the people that work for them, and Laura is top drawer all the way. And I mean all the way.

Idaho needs to learn from its southern neighbor. or one of these days, you’ll end up having to check your car at the state line and come in on horseback, of course I think many here would prefer that.
